To Begin Again….

To Begin Again….

I believe that every moment of every day is an opportunity to begin again.  To manifest what it is you desire. To move forward into your life.
How exciting is that?!  Or does that seem daunting, impossible or even scary?

I’ve been pondering about this quite a bit lately.  When we look around we see so many people who get stuck in their stories.  Stories of the past that they are allowing to affect them now.  When we live in the past we are not present with what is right before us.

If we aren’t in the past we are worrying about the future that we have no control over.  Right now is it!

Right now, and every moment after this one, we can change something – anything!  Change our thoughts or our behaviors, change what we eat or drink, change where we live, a job or change friends if need be.  IF WE CHOOSE.

It’s SO important to remember we have CHOICE.  We are not victims unless we choose to be.  We are not stuck unless we choose to be.
It can feel like the above is not true at times but we can reach out for help that is all around us to create change that we would like to see in our lives.
Find your tribe – those that encourage you to grow and move beyond your limiting beliefs about who you are and are becoming.  Those that say “Jump – we are here for you”!  Trust you will have grown in some way from the experience.

Life is an exciting adventure.  Full of twists and turns.
Enjoy the ride!

Here is a well known poem by Ralph Waldo Emerson

Write it on your heart
that every day is the best day in the year.
He is rich who owns the day, and no one owns the day
who allows it to be invaded with fret and anxiety.
Finish every day and be done with it.
You have done what you could.
Some blunders and absurdities, no doubt crept in.
Forget them as soon as you can, tomorrow is a new day;
begin it well and serenely, with too high a spirit
to be cumbered with your old nonsense.

This new day is too dear,
with its hopes and invitations,
to waste a moment on the yesterdays.”

Namaste,
Sara
